I carried out my own ritual almost every day. Sitting down at my piano, I turned on my other instruments and let the ideas flow unrestrained.
This became a refuge whenever I was afraid, whenever I laughed for no reason, whenever I cried worried, whenever I felt disconnected. During this strange time, I have found my lifeline in music once again.
